    • Client to select the topic, and prepare the slide content
    • Actual presentation on live video for 20-30 minutes
    • Live Q & A for 15-20 minutes
    • Client agrees to conduct a full run-through for 60 minutes on SEJ's GoToWebinar account 1-2 weeks before the webinar
  • Registration
    • Client will receive the contact list for attendees and registrants with the following information: full name, email address, location, job title, company name, company size, industry; including attendee metrics, poll data, and feedback results
    • Client may provide 2 profiling questions for the registration page to qualify leads
    • Client may provide up to 2 poll questions to be asked during the webinar
  • Promotions
    • Search Engine Journal to provide the following webinar promotions:
      • 2 blog posts (1 pre- and post-event)
      • 1-2 email blasts sent to SEJ subscribers
      • 1 follow-up email to attendees and registrations
      • Social media promotion on SEJ's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and SlideShare accounts
    • Client to receive webinar MP4 license in perpetuity
    • Client to provide their Facebook or Twitter pixel to be installed on applicable SEJ pages for 1 month
